Dear Attorneys,

I have a pending divorce case and my child support guidelines were recently run. Do they change in January when payroll taxes may change my income? Will this affect my payment?

Sincerely,

Every Penny Counts

Dear Every Penny,

If your attorney uses Family Law Software, or another software, then usually the software company will automatically update for tax adjustments. If you have a pending matter, it may be worth seeing what the new tax adjustments do, if anything. However, it is generally not worth filing a modification for if your case has already been finalized.

If you need an attorney to help you calculate those new guidelines for you, you’ve found the right firm! Wolf & Shore Law Group utilizes Family Law Software, which is usually the software the court uses as well. With over 22 years of combined experience, Attorneys Kristen Wolf & Shari-Lynn Cuomo Shore can easily help you re-calculate figures and help you with either your pending matter, or decide whether or not a modification is worth your while.

Call us today, and let us make your matter easier, not harder. Ever argue with a woman? Let Wolf & Shore Law Group go to work for you. Call us at 203.745.3151 or email us at info@wolfandshorelaw.com.

Very Truly Yours,

Wolf & Shore Law Group
